How it’s made
- Artwork is converted into weaving-ready design (size, colors, density, borders).
- Yarns are selected and set on the loom according to required colorways and durability.
- Weaving is done on label looms with controlled tension for sharp text and clean edges.
- Finishing is applied as required: cut, seal, fold type, heat-cut/laser-cut, backing, etc.
- Quality checks cover size, clarity, fold accuracy, color match, and finishing.
- Packing is counted, bundled, and dispatched as per your requirement.
